Tell Me More About Mexico

Mexico City is the first stop for this ten day exploration of this amazing Country. Based in the centre, surrounded by start up founders, innovative business owners and an exciting tech scene, this experience is a must for any business owner. As the world’s 15th largest economy, it is predicted by the World Bank that by 2050 it will be the 5th!

Mexico is a country with opportunities like no other, a manufacturing powerhouse, with huge opportunities for businesses. It also has a big healthcare, retail, infrastructure and energy markets. A bilateral investment protection and promotion agreement has been signed by the UK and Mexico which aims to ensure the same rights as domestic investors and prevents the government selling assets without market value compensation.

When you are not working, events have been created to allow you to not only connect with the other business owners on your trip - but extend your network in the Mexican community - with tailored connections based on your business needs. The three most important sectors in terms of its GDP share are manufacturing, retail & sales and real estate & housing. NAFTA enables British companies to use Mexico as a low cost manufacturing base with direct, duty free access to the United States.
